The building was designed to house a Vodashop as well as the Regional offices and BSC center for Vodacom. The site is on a prominent corner in the CBD of Nelpsruit and the Vodashop is elevated half a storey in order to be more visible and promote the Vodacom brand. The light glass and steel structure faces the busy intersection and is anchored by heavier walls on the north and south side.
